In our first session, we’ll explore what has brought you to therapy, what you might need, and any hopes or expectations you have. We’ll also cover some practical details, such as confidentiality, my cancellation policy, session fees and payment methods, and how we might work together.
We can also talk about what feels right in terms of the number of sessions—whether you’re looking for short-term support or something more open-ended. This conversation helps us form a working agreement.
If you decide to continue after the first session, I’ll send you a written agreement outlining what we’ve discussed, which you can review and sign as a commitment to your scheduled sessions.
Each session lasts 50 minutes. This is your dedicated time to explore whatever feels important to you, at your own pace. Sessions are usually held weekly, but we can discuss what works best for you. If you feel that longer sessions might be more supportive due to specific needs or circumstances, we can talk about this and agree together on what feels right.
Most clients attend weekly sessions, as this helps build consistency and momentum in the therapeutic work. However, we can discuss your availability, needs, and preferences, and agree on a frequency that feels manageable and supportive for you. The space is flexible, and we can adapt the pace together.
Yes, confidentiality is a core part of the therapeutic relationship. Everything you share in our sessions is treated with the utmost respect and kept private.
There are a few rare exceptions where I may need to break confidentiality- for example, if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or if I am legally required to share information. If this were ever the case, I would always try to speak with you about it first, where possible.
We will go over confidentiality in more detail during your first session, and you are always welcome to ask questions or raise any concerns.

Yes, I offer therapy in both English and Greek. If you feel more comfortable expressing yourself in your native language, we can work together in the language that feels most supportive for you.
I am also able to work with interpreters if needed and have received specific training in working therapeutically with interpreters, ensuring that the process remains safe, respectful, and effective for all parties involved.
Yes, I offer therapy to clients based in the UK and internationally. As sessions are held online, I can work with people from around the world, provided we can find a mutually suitable time zone. I aim to offer a culturally sensitive and inclusive space for clients regardless of where they are located.
