Therapy is a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I offer a warm, collaborative, and confidential environment where we can explore whatever feels important to you — whether that’s anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
My core training is in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD), which is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for your unique experience. I work relationally, paying close attention to the therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for healing and growth.
I also take a pluralistic approach, recognising that no single method works for everyone. This means I draw from a range of therapeutic models — including Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) - depending on what best supports your needs and preferences.
When appropriate, I incorporate mindfulness, body awareness, and creative interventions such as visualisation, metaphor, journaling, art-based techniques and inner dialogue work. My aim is to work alongside you to find the most meaningful and effective way of understanding and moving through your difficulties.
How I Work:
I offer both short-term (e.g., 6–20 sessions) and open-ended therapy, depending on what feels right for you. Our work together can focus on:
I work with adults (18+) of all backgrounds, and offer sessions in person in Sheffield or online across the UK and internationaly.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call so you can ask any questions, share what brings you to therapy, and get a feel for how we might work together. There's no pressure to commit- just an open space to explore.
